You can complete the caregiver survey in school, at home or on Assessment Day via the assessment app accompanied by an assessor.
To complete the survey on the assessment app, follow these steps:
- Have the assessor login to the assessment app.
- Complete the survey questions truthfully and entirely.
- Pass your device to the assessor.
Surveys are fast and easy. The best time to complete the caregiver survey is on Assessment Day, however, we understand this isn’t always possible. If you are unavailable on Assessment Day, it’s encouraged to schedule time with the assessor in charge of your child’s assessment.
