What’s my username?

Your username is your firstname+lastname (i.e janesmith).

If there is an error in the spelling of your username, please contact the Sprig Learning Support Team.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, follow these steps:

  • Login to your respective Data Portal (admin, caregiver, educator, assessor).
  • In the navigation bar on the left, select ‘Your Profile’.
  • Select the box labeled ‘E-MAIL’ and type your desired email address.
  • Select ‘Update Profile’ to save your new email address.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow these steps:

  • Login and visit to your respective learning portal (admin, caregiver, educator, assessor).
  • In the navigation bar on the left, click ‘Your Profile’.
  • Make sure your email information is correct.
  • At the bottom of your profile, select ‘Generate Password’.
  • Replace the generated password with your desired new password. If the password you type is considered ‘weak’ or ‘very weak’, you will be asked to confirm by selecting a checkbox labeled ‘CONFIRM USE OF WEAK PASSWORD’.
  • We suggest you use a strong password.
  • Select ‘Update Profile’ to change your password.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Please visit the login screen in your Learning Portal and select ‘Lost your password’ in the bottom right corner.

Type in your email address in the required box and select ‘Get New Password’.

You will receive an email in the inbox of the email you provided. Open the email and follow the instructions inside to reset your password.

I reset my password. Why am I not receiving the email to reset it?

Be sure to check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder. Sometimes systems will filter out messages from unknown email addresses.

How do I login to the assessment app?

To login to the assessment app, follow these steps:

  • Find and open the app on your iPad device.
  • Select ‘Get Started’ in the bottom right corner.
  • Type in your username and password in their respective boxes. Your username is your firstname+lastname (i.e janesmith). You cannot use your email address as your username.
  • Once you’ve typed in your username and password into their respective boxes, select ‘Submit’ and you will login.

How do I login to my Data Portal?

To login to your Data Portal, visit the web address for the Learning Portal given to your school. Select ‘Login’ in the top-right corner and input your username and password.

Select ‘Login’.

You should now be logged in to your Data Portal.
