What does a Data Admin do?

The Sprig Learning Data Administrators play a vital role in support the school’s success with the program. The bulk of the work usually takes place in the first few months of school and consists of:

  1. Uploading classroom data to the platform (student names, classroom names, teacher names and email addresses) using our data import tool.
  2. Ensuring all the right people are in the right place. Review each classroom to ensure accuracy.
  3. Responding to teacher requests. It is not uncommon for students to be moved in the first few weeks of school. When this happens, teachers will notify you that a change is required. You will receive a notification via email, and in your online portal.

Learn more about your role by browsing our library of support articles and videos.
