To make sure everything runs smoothly on assessment day, try and login with both the app and learning portal following these instructions:
App Login Instructions
Find and open the app on your iPad device.
Select ‘Get Started’ in the bottom right corner.
Type in your username and password in their respective boxes. Your username is your firstname+lastname (i.e janesmith). You cannot use your email address as your username.
Once you’ve typed in your username and password into their respective boxes, select ‘Submit’ and you will login.
Portal Login Instructions
To login to your Learning Portal, visit your given web address and select ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
Type in your username and password (make sure to use your username and not your email address).
Select ‘Login’.
