Once logged in to the app, you can check students’ assessment status by visiting the data center. Follow these instructions:
Select the settings icon in the assessment survey home screen.
Select ‘Data Center’.
From the Data Center, you can see which students have completed surveys, how many they’ve completed and when they were completed.
There will be colour indicators to the left of each name:
Red = No surveys completed.
Yellow = One survey completed (either student or caregiver).
Green = Both surveys complete (student and caregiver).
